Management does not respect the drivers at all, they talk down about the drivers when drivers are not around. There is this my way or the highway attitude even though their way may not be the best way. They micromanage very heavily and will even lie about drivers they don’t like or feel knows more than them. They preach work together as a team but their actions show otherwise. Definitely have some Ops managers in the position they definitely are not qualified for but most won’t speak up out of fear of retaliation so they just keep their mouths shut.
