The Company does not allow Employees to record any portion of business meetings or discussions involving
Confidential Information, as defined in the Confidentiality of Company, Employee & Consumer Information
Policy, with any type of electronic device unless previously approved by the Employee’s Immediate Supervisor.
Employees are, however, encouraged to take notes and ask questions about information discussed in meetings
which concerns them. If a meeting needs to be recorded for the benefit of absent Employees, the Company will
make the decision and arrange for such a recording.
