The Question is here does the company have the right to check this annually without your annually Signiture ??? I very seriously doubt it , it follows under the same guidelines as you credit Under the Fair Credit Act. So if so conversate in this section
Drug & Alcohol Clearing House
A full query from the Drug & Alcohol Clearing House will be completed for applicants. This requires all applicants
to register for the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse. Drug and/or Alcohol violations or a prohibited status found on
the Clearinghouse will disqualify the applicant from employment.
A limited query will be completed no less than annually for all currently active Employees. Employees are
required to sign a release allowing the query. Failure to provide a release, will disqualify the Employee. If the
limited query comes back with a hit, the Employee will be removed from service and required to register and
release the full query to the Company or the Employee will be subject to termination. Drug and/or Alcohol
violations or a prohibited status found during a query or failure to follow instructions, will disqualify the
Employee from employment.
