Take note this is if you do not have (Short term and Long Term Insurance) .
So you get hurt and you do not live in an area of 50 drivers within a 75 mile radius they can not or dont have to offer you FMLA, which the company will put you on, if you are not Injured at work up to 12 to 26 weeks.
Now the ? is this. [b]Do you understand the Company is Scattering out drivers into different Locations for a reason ?
Whats that Reason well,,,,
If the company has 50 Employee's or less within a 75 mile Radius then Wala You are subject not to get the Family Leave Act.
And there for will or even if you do get it only be given the time frame of the allocated weeks to return to work ( once you reach these time limits ) The company has the right to terminate you and as in one case known proof will be posted they will.
So ask yourself what Kind of a company would do this to a 13 yr driver ?
