Know when to say no, you only get paid for 40 hours, after that its base pay. Job is easy, but company has 0 communication. You get alot of last minute, please help us, please do this run, but never in your favor so make something up. 80% of trucks have 900,000 + miles. There are runs that are super easy, but you have all these crippled old bags that never leave them, so anything thats availible is trash runs. They try to play you like you are an on call driver. Most runs are 6 1/2 day work weeks. If you love that go for it. You can also work part time 3 days a week, but when they need you on call last minute. Count on never having time for yourself. Job is easy, but like any company they will always try to $#%& you, get everything in texts, writing and take pictures. Also they dont have assigned trucks so you always slip seating with some chunky Bubba Gump shrimper.

Easy job, if its mail and not freight.
Cons
No life, dont want you to have days off, paid for only 40 hours.
