Temporary Employees are those hired for a specific period of time, for a specific job. Temporary status will be
identified upon hire, or when the Employee’s status changes. This Employee is paid only for hours worked and
receives no benefits or paid holidays.
Employees who are rehired within 30 days of their last date worked will be considered a reinstatement without
any break in service. Reinstated Employees will return to their same benefits as well as anniversary and vacation
dates without interruption.
Employees will be notified as soon as possible when there is a change to their employment status.
Pay Accuracy
Any Employee exempt or non-exempt, who believes their pay has been improperly calculated, should report this
immediately to their Supervisor and Payroll. The Employee’s concern will be investigated and, if the Company
finds that the Employee’s pay was improperly calculated, any necessary adjustments will be processed
